DESCRIPTION:The 2025 Retreat is completely full.  Please come back on October 1\, 2025 to view the 2026 Retreat information.\nWe invite you to join us for our annual rug hooking retreat!\nOctober 26 – 30\, 2025\nLocation:\nThe Drury Plaza is conveniently located right off I-65 approximately 18 miles south of Nashville\, TN. The area surrounding the hotel is filled with shopping and lots of restaurants. Beautiful historic downtown Franklin is just 4 miles away and lined with antique shops\, boutiques\, galleries\, and delicious eateries. For the history buff\, there are three interesting civil war properties to tour. You may also want to visit the Arrington Vineyards\, which is a short drive away. Golf courses abound for those spouses who wish to tag along and play a few rounds. The October weather is delightful in Tennessee! Make it a true Tennessee vacation and extend your visit before or after our retreat. \nThe Retreat:\nWe offer 6 nationally known teachers with room in each class for 15 students. Join us for a Meet and Greet on Sunday evening to check in\, meet your teacher and get settled in your spot. Instruction hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday – Thursday with a break for a catered lunch at noon. Evenings are on your own for dinner. You may return for evening hooking in the conference room until 10pm. \nFees (due with registration form):\n$430.00 tuition for residents staying at the Drury Plaza\, $480.00 tuition for commuters. Your tuition fee includes 4 days of instruction\, light snack/dessert at the Meet and Greet\, 4 catered lunches\, and beverages throughout the week.
