Dye Book 2-Flora and Fauna in WV by Ruckman Mill Farm

This marvelous dye book is second in a series of 3, written by Susan Feller of Ruckman Mill Farm.  It contains beautiful, vibrant colors that can be dyed over both solid or textured wools.

There are 15 dye recipes in all, using Pro-Chem Acid Fast dyes.  The dye book includes swatches and Susan’s charming narrative.  Some of my favorite colors are Common Greenbrier, Hickory Leaf, and Echinacea.  (I’m not a “pink girl” but this color is really sweet!)
