We invite you to join us for our annual rug hooking retreat!

Location:
The Drury Plaza is conveniently located right off I-65 approximately 18 miles south of Nashville, TN. The area surrounding the hotel is filled with shopping and lots of restaurants. Beautiful historic downtown Franklin is just 4 miles away and lined with antique shops, boutiques, galleries, and delicious eateries. For the history buff, there are three interesting civil war properties to tour. You may also want to visit the Arrington Vineyards, which is a short drive away. There are two local golf courses for those spouses who wish to tag along and play a few rounds. The October weather is delightful in Tennessee! Make it a true Tennessee vacation and extend your visit before or after our retreat.
The Retreat:
We offer 6 nationally known teachers who share their unique talents and expertise. Join us for a Meet and Greet on Sunday, with time to check in, meet your teacher and get settled into your spot. Instruction hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday – Wednesday and 9:00 am to approximately 1:00 pm on Thursday, with a break for a catered lunch at noon each day. Evenings are on your own for dinner. You may return for evening hooking in the conference rooms until 10pm.
Fees (due with registration form):
$450.00 tuition for residents staying at the Drury Plaza, $500.00 tuition for commuters. Your tuition fee includes instruction with one of our teachers, light snack/dessert at the Meet and Greet, 4 catered lunches, and beverages throughout the week. Dinner is on your own at the many restaurants in the area or stay for the evening KickBack meal at the Drury Plaza.
